Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading the company’s approach to talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment. They actively manage and maintain all recruitment systems and administrative functions of the recruitment processes including job description creation, candidate interviews, offer letters and new hire onboarding. They will work with our locations’ hiring managers and senior leaders, and act as a point of contact and support for management with regards to recruitment and interview protocols.
The Recruitment Manager will play an integral role in keeping our talent pipelines full for our venues and building teams for our grand openings. We are looking for an enthusiastic recruiter who will bring creative ideas and strategic planning to our recruitment activities, and actively support the growth of our locations nationwide. We want builders, innovators, and those who can think and collaborate outside the box.

  • The base pay range for this position is $90,000-$105,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc
