Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lead open consultation and communication with all stakeholders
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Methodical and innovative approach to solving problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Recruitment Officer to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO):
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications
- Run Open Days and similar recruitment initiatives to maximise the talent pipeline
- Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers
- Booking and coordinating DAS and Medicals for new starters with our Medical provider
- Booking and coordinating Inductions and training
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, and employment contracts
- Creating employment contracts and new employee information packs
