Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Recruitment Officer at Gateways you will:
- Acknowledge and advertise recruitment requisitions in line with Service Agreements
- Develop strategies to assess candidates’ skills and potentials for GSS growth
- Source candidates through advertising, ad review, and rewriting, ensuring alignment with hiring manager input
- Drive Selection process: resume review, phone screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Track and manage recruitment activity, assess media effectiveness, and system performance
- Facilitate Onboarding: liaison between candidate and HR Administrator for document collection and verification
- Lead small recruitment projects, meeting agreed timeframes under supervision
