    Responsibilities:

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    As Recruitment Officer at Gateways you will:

    • Acknowledge and advertise recruitment requisitions in line with Service Agreements
    • Develop strategies to assess candidates’ skills and potentials for GSS growth
    • Source candidates through advertising, ad review, and rewriting, ensuring alignment with hiring manager input
    • Drive Selection process: resume review, phone screening, interviews, and reference checks
    • Track and manage recruitment activity, assess media effectiveness, and system performance
    • Facilitate Onboarding: liaison between candidate and HR Administrator for document collection and verification
    • Lead small recruitment projects, meeting agreed timeframes under supervision

    • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
    • NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate of completion
    • Valid Australian Driver’s License
    • Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status
