Hays Recruitment are pleased to partner with the largest provider of public healthcare services across the most northern remote areas of Queensland. Due to an opening in the team, we are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join the team on a fixed term contract until June 2024 with possible extension!
Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting into the Principal Recruitment Advisor, you will provide support for recruitment processes, including process and policy advice, prepare advertisements and employment paperwork using various systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide professional customer/client support, procedural advice and assistance relating to all aspects of a recruitment process, recruitment systems and recruitment documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines, where required work autonomously in an area that processes high volumes of recruitment processes.
- Accurately complete data entry into relevant in-house recruitment systems and maintain systems integrity.
- Provide a high standard of customer service across all stakeholders to positively represent Attraction and Recruitment and to provide a professional and positive experience for Hiring Managers as well as internal and external candidates.
