REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Proven work experience of 5-10 years as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (phone, video, email, in-person)
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to travel when required
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job engines/sites/newspapers/social media etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating the interview process.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
- Facilitate pre-employment checks, including reference checks and background checks, to ensure the reliability and integrity of new hires.
- Follow-up new employees to ensure the onboarding process is going well
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team managers
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work
- Create and keep updated the page of the company in social media
- Conclude the employment contracts and appendix with the candidates ensuring both competitive compensation and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assure support in the yearly evaluation of the company employees
- Analyse recruitment KPI’s, like hiring rate, time-to-hire, and acceptance / refusal reasons, to improve recruitment strategies.
