Saunders’ projects and offices are dispersed throughout Australia and encompass a range of engineering fields and covered by several industrial instruments. Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking another experienced Recruitment Officer to work collaboratively, sharing the legwork and the limelight, to mainly assist our Recruitment Partners with end-to-end recruitment, and, where time permits, to also help with the delivery of a range of human resource functions across the group. This is an exciting opportunity to become an established Recruitment Officer within a team that is dedicated, supportive and fun.
Responsibilities:
Based at our Newcastle office, you will be responsible for undertaking end-end recruitment tasks including, but not limited to:
- Advertising
- Phone screening
- Interviewing
- Coordinating pre-employment screening
More generalist duties may include:
- Contributing to document and procedural review and development
- Supporting employees to understand and access employee benefits
- Identify and implement improvements around the HRIS
