ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Recruitment /Talent Acquisition who has a strong drive for delivering a customer-focused end-to-end recruitment service whilst supporting our Moran homes. You will work with a wonderful team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day.
The Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Officer will be supporting the Moran Home General Managers, with recruitment, onboarding, induction and People and Culture activities in order to ensure the MHCG vision and values are at the forefront of decision making and policies and procedures, legislations and industrial agreements are complied with.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Attraction and sourcing of candidates to create and nurture a healthy pipeline of talent fit for purpose to support the organisation’s service delivery mandate.
  • Coordinating the recruitment and selection process including advertising of roles, initial culling of applications, telephone, or face to face interviews and reference checks.
  • Sourcing talent
  • Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate the seamless delivery of end to end recruitment services.
  • Providing assistance to managers in respect of employee performance improvement / management and assist in drafting and preparing letters of performance improvement, performance management and terminations.
  • Use corporate systems to maintain employee records and process personnel actions.
  • Responsible for the new employee placements, onboarding and complete employee paperwork ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Issue letters and contracts of employment.
  • HR reporting, WHS, HR systems
  • Member of the recruitment team and actively participate in the delivery of enhanced candidate and hiring manager experience.
