Description:
Job Purpose: We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Operations Partner & Team Lead to join our Cabin Crew Recruitment team. In this leadership role you will be influential in supporting our talent attraction and recruitment initiatives across our Cabin Crew Recruitment team by driving the delivery of our global Cabin Crew recruitment strategy and campaigns. This is a permanent position, based full-time in our Dubai Headquarters.
As our Recruitment Operations Partner & Team Lead you will be responsible for managing an end-to-end recruitment operations team from sourcing, attracting, interviewing potential talent, capable and competent to perform the role and represent the Emirates Group Values. You will formulate and implement a global recruitment plan which includes identification of destinations for conducting recruitment campaigns, roster management, partnerships with hospitality schools and contracted suppliers to consistently achieve quality outcome whilst protecting the integrity of the Emirates Group recruitment process.
In this role you will:
- Define and track KPIs and report to the Recruitment Manager on team performance to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure personalised development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required.
- Identify metrics by which campaign performance can be measured and provide insights to relevant stakeholders using data gathered from different reports to drive strategies, identify challenges and recommend solutions/alternatives to attract candidates.
- Headcount planning and monitoring based on business demand to ensure adequate and timely recruitment team staffing and training, factoring in seasonality and historic peak seasons.
- Promote the Emirates Group as the employer of choice and work closely with the Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand team to recommend various tactical marketing strategies by using multiple social media channels, (i.e. web-based advertisements, TikTok, Instagram, job boards etc.) to attract a large volume of applications to meet the business demand.
- Identify available databases and technology to source and shortlist candidates, i.e. LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Software (ATS)systems, local and global schools/universities etc.
- Ensure the team maintains the ATS system by posting and monitoring closing of job requisitions, and updating candidate statuses throughout the selection process with a strong focus on maintaining timelines and protecting the candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST MEET THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:
- You will hold either a Degree and 5+ years’ experience, or a High School certificate and 8+ years’ experience, working in a Recruitment role
- Experience working for a recruitment solution, ideally within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment, in-house or agency recruiter is preferable.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a leadership role with relevant experience managing a remote team and high-volume processes.
- CIPD or any other HR professional certification is desirable
- Experience in volume operating business functions with resource/rostering and scheduling activities is an advantage
- Experience with various selection processes (e.g. Digital Assessments, video / telephone interviewing, reference checks etc.) and/or training processes
- Problem solving and analytical skills and ability to diagnose and drive solutions in a complex and ambiguous environment.
- Strong experience in managing resources as well as budgets efficiently will be an advantage.Familiarity with HR databases, ATS systems and CMS Systems
