The role
You will be part of our HR Business System team where you will work with a Tesla in-build platform and HR tools similar to Workday, Tableau, Workbench, Jira, Atlassian, Deputy, Airtable. You will work close to our business stakeholders (HR Recruitment, HR Ops) and with our global product stakeholders. Overall, you will be part of a bigger team known as HRIS where we have three teams - Business System, Workforce and People Analyst.
What You’ll Do
- Supporting our Recruitment team for Contract Corrections, ATS support
- Create and maintain custom reports to support Recruitment and their business needs
- Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Recruitment ATS, Workforce management tools
- Participate in the creation, coordination and continuous improvement of Recruitment Processes
- Troubleshooting technical problems; collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues, test and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Work closely with the stakeholders on requirements gathering, testing system enhancements, developing user procedures and train the teams while ensuring minimal interruptions
What You’ll Bring
- High attention to detail with Good excel, IT and System Software’s
- Minimum 2-3 years-experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, customer facing and process function
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Have prior experience building intuitive data visualizations and dashboards that influence business decisions, utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, looker or others
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Firm understanding of how industry-standard Applicant Tracking Systems function
- Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent organization skills and ability to work cross functional
- Ability to extract, manipulate and assign narrative to data
