Executrade Your Recruitment Specialists (EYRS) is growing, and we have an opportunity for a growth minded Recruitment Research Associate to support our Construction and Engineering practice. You will have the opportunity to support a busy practice and work closely with and learn from two highly experienced consultants. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Post-secondary education in business, human resources, accounting, risk management or insurance preferred
- Previous experience with in-house or agency recruitment
- Industry knowledge and familiarity with professional level jobs in Construction, Engineering and/or manufacturing
- Project management experience would be considered an asset
- Working knowledge of tools such as AI, LinkedIn and Indeed
- Familiarity with a CRM or ATS would be considered an asset
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Confidence, composure and polish working with all levels of professionals
- Strong administration skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fervent aptitude for technology along with strong technology knowledge and skill set

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Recruitment Research Associate will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Consultants by providing front end administrative and research support on professional talent searches. The search process we provide can be quite intensive based on the client’s needs and the search. The Recruitment Research Associate will assist in sourcing candidates through online and offline tools available to build a strong pipeline of suitable candidates. You will be creative and innovative to formulate research strategies to identify world-class talent. You will also be involved in client “kick-off” meeting on new searches, support reference and background checks on candidates, arranging travel, scheduling meetings, set up interviews, pre-screen candidates as well as other duties as required.

- Liaise with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Participating in client meetings as required to gain a greater understanding of the client’s needs
