An opportunity has become available for an experienced recruitment resourcer to join our collaborative team of consultants at our Sydney head office located in Baulkham Hills. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a supportive group of professionals, all working towards common organisational objectives.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a result of our continued success, this newly created opportunity has become available to support our collaborative team of consultants with the next phase of national expansion. As part of our hybrid working model, you will also have the opportunity to work two days from home.
THE ROLE
- Utilising your strong administrative and customer service skills, you will be responsible for managing our candidate database
- You will drive and manage bulk candidate recruitment drives
- Provide outstanding customer service to candidates by way of managing their enquiries and updating their files in the database
- Completing reference checks, visa checks and onboarding information
- Arranging and scheduling interviews
- First point of contact for all phone calls
- Screening candidates for open roles
- Collaborate with the Senior Consultants daily to understand pending job opportunities and assist where required.
