• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networks.
• Manage candidate database and assist in recruitment activities.
• Screen candidates & ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial screening process.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and relevant information.
• Assist in the coordination of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
• Provide regular updates to the team on the progress of sourcing activities.
