We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for diverse roles across various industries. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the ever-evolving recruitment landscape.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, with a proven track record of success in global, multi-industry environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications highly desirable.
Skills: Exceptional sourcing and research abilities, proficiency in leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and sourcing technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage in our global context.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract the best active and passive candidates through multiple channels, including social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline to proactively address current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow of high-caliber candidates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including recruitment consultants and hiring managers, to gain a deep understanding of their unique hiring requirements and develop targeted sourcing approaches.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform sourcing strategies and provide valuable guidance to stakeholders.
  • Candidate Engagement and Assessment: Engage prospective candidates through compelling outreach, building rapport and assessing their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to identify the most suitable candidates for each opportunity.
  • Employer Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting [Your Company Name]’s employer value proposition and fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and derive actionable insights to continuously optimize sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of sourcing best practices, tools, and technologies, actively seeking opportunities to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance to drive outstanding results.
