SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:

  • Prior experience working within a recruitment or HR environment where exposure and knowledge of Australian Immigration processes have been gained.
  • Prior experience working in or with Recruitment agencies.
  • An understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and ideally prior experience working within a HRIS or similar program.
  • Ability to multi-task and work, at times under pressure with tight timeframes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive work ethic with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting new opportunity has come available to join ARRCS People and Culture Team as our Recruitment Specialist. This full-time role will see you leading the management of core recruitment strategies including Visa management and sponsorship, Agency Panel management and review and traineeships. In addition, you will support the People and Culture team and the Talent Acquisition Lead in ad hoc project work including general recruitment enquiries as required.
This role is being offered at a package of $75,000 - $80,000 gross base, plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience recruitment with preference to Visa sponsorship and agency management. You will be highly organized, have strong computer skills, excellent communication and engagement skills and be comfortable to lead key areas of delegation.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or similar discipline would be highly regarded however, are not essential. In addition, prior experience within the health or not for profit industries are preferred.
