Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive pipelining and talent pooling utilising advanced sourcing techniques and tools
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline
  • Data recording and talent insights analysis and reporting by utilising various platforms and most effective sources to inform recruitment strategies and enhance decision making
  • Communicating and collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Working effectively with your stakeholders, building trust and credibility with your client

About you

  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requisition requirements
  • Demonstrably able to directly source and headhunt talent within the Pharmaceutical industry (preferable)
  • We are looking to engage with candidates who are well versed in delivering an exceptional candidate journey
  • Driven by data and market insights
  • Play an active part in best practice, operational excellence and continuous improvement for Hudson RPO and your customers
