Responsibilities:

REPORTING TO THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE MANAGER YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO LEAD THE RECRUITMENT TEAM TO FULFIL THE RESOURCING NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITY AND HOME SUPPORT DIVISIONS ACROSS QUEENSLAND AND NORTHERN NSW AND SUPPORT ONGOING RECRUITMENT NEEDS FOR THE BROADER CPL GROUP, INCLUDING MYLESTONES, COOTHARINGA AND ACCESS ARTS.

This is an internal recruitment leadership role, part of the People, Learning and Culture team and supports the achievement of CPL’s strategic goals. You’ll be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, leveraging your excellent customer service and organisational skills to deliver critical new staff in a highly competitive and compliance led candidate market.
This would be the perfect role for you if you enjoy leading by example, are a capable communicator (groups and one-on-one) and measure your performance by the achievements of your team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead, coach and mentor the volume recruitment team to deliver high quality performance outcomes
  • Drive recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire
  • Reviewing resourcing channels to maintain competitiveness in market
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop strong and highly effective relationships
  • Ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Liaise and work effectively with other cross functional departments
  • Develop recruitment plans, policies and procedures
  • Be aligned to CPL values and focused on high level candidate care
