THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Red Seal L4 Technician Certification a must
In-depth knowledge of and background in technical diagnosis and repair as well as electrical systems
A/C license as an asset
Have great communication skills, written and verbal
Face challenges with a can-do attitude
Have pride in your work and attention to detail
Enjoy a busy but well-structured workshop environment
Have strong organizational and prioritization skill with the ability to multi-task
Be self-motivated with initiative and work unsupervised

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
Inform Service Advisors of vehicle maintenance/repair requirements and assist in the development of an effective customer consultation
Inform Tower/Dispatch when repairs are finished and ensure that repair stories are complete, well written and include a properly documented complaint, cause and correction story
Check and verify parts before installation
Help mentor junior apprentices and coach others to be the best in the field
