Eastcott Referrals is an RCVS Accredited Multidisciplinary Referral Practice based in Swindon, Wiltshire, just off the M4. Our referral hospital is led by a team of Veterinary Specialists who provide an exceptionally high level of clinical and surgical veterinary care. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities in all disciplines, and our team offers a warm welcome to referring vets, clients, and patients.
We are a veterinary clinic and referral multi-disciplinary practice that offers the highest care services for small animals. With our primary care and 24-hour emergency services, we care for pets from all over the south as well as animals in our local community. We believe excellence is at the heart of both clinical standards and customer service to make sure our patients have the best quality care.
Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and established referral ophthalmology team. This position will expose you to a wide range of interesting cases, allowing development of your nursing skills and knowledge, working alongside a team of nurses, residents, specialists and technicians.
The role is full time, with 1 in 8 working weekends and 1 bank holiday a year. You will get 5 weeks holiday and your birthday off each year. You will have access to a wide range of internal CPD opportunities Via Eastcott and Linnaeus. We also encourage and support all our referral nurses to complete an advanced nursing certificate.
Referral experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
