Position Summary
We are looking for three experienced clinicians who are passionate about safe and quality consumer care.
This position is responsible for providing clinical oversight to support the effective triaging of referrals to outpatient services at Bass Coast Health. The role will provide triage outcomes so that referred patients receive the required care in an appropriate timeframe. The role is also responsible for development and maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Outpatients team, Medical Specialists, Allied Health team leaders, Access coordinators, external referrers).
Dependent on qualifications, the position will focus on referrals made to medical specialist services or allied health services.
