GenesisCare has an exciting opportunity to join our WA team as a Referrer Engagement Manger, working across our Oncology clinics within the state. The primary purpose of the role is to develop a CRM-driven approach towards referrer engagement at GenesisCare. Specifically, the Referrer Engagement Manager is responsible for developing, prioritising, and implementing key CRM strategies (acquire, develop, retain) and contributing significantly to delivering the practice activity budget. Support activities include follow through on referrer contacts, tracking market trends and intelligence, reviewing key internal and external data sources, maintaining CRM tracker tools, and reporting on outcomes per initiative.

More specifically, you will:

Referrer and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Have a deep connection to purpose and empathic understanding of how our service improves the life outcomes for each patient.
  • Understand the relevant referral care pathway for patients (including MDTs), in each disease indication and geography. Draw upon market research (existing or self-initiated) plus engage with and listen to referrers to develop an empathic understanding of their needs and preferences, and design effective engagement plans.
  • Develop, prioritise, and implement key CRM strategies (acquire, develop, retain) according to referrer segments (e.g. volume, value, strategic value) and contribute significantly to delivering the practice activity budget.

Access and Engagement Plan Development:

  • Together with the national team, and in line with the practice access and engagement plans; design, plan and manage effective collateral, manage and coordinate conferences and referrer engagement events, site open days and launches, major conference and educational forums, as required.
  • Establish role as a valued partner and integral member of the practice management team and in conjunction with the General Manager, Doctors and Practice management team develop and deliver clear plans in the areas of access, marketing and referrer engagement to support and deliver the practice activity targets.

Leadership:

  • Develop the capability of the State Referrer Engagement Team, by providing leadership, management and support to the direct reports in order to build a high performing, engaged team.
  • Effectively communicate RE vision, strategy and priorities across the state network to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Tertiary qualifications in science, health related or business field is highly regarded.
  • Great selling, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills to succeed in delivering results from relationships with customers.
  • Strong existing relationships and knowledge of local catchment specialists, GPs, hospital management, and MDTs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence, negotiate and present at all levels in the organization, both by written reports and oral communication.
  • Proven ability to build consultant level peer-to-peer relationships with clinicians and other healthcare professionals, particularly with surgeons and medical oncologists would be an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the radiation oncology environment including an ability to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive optimal outcomes for stakeholders.
