Description:
Frontline Human Resources are currently seeking JUNIOR Refrigeration apprentices to start or continue their Apprenticeship! All roles are based across Adelaide.
You will work with a vast number of Host Employers gaining a wide range of Refrigeration experience, providing you with the best opportunity to get the most out of your Apprenticeship! You will work full time whilst completing a ‘Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration’.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Valid Driver’s license
- Relevant industry experience is desirable

Responsibilities:
- Select components, assemble, install, test, fault-find, service and repair industrial, commercial and domestic refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Install and connect piping to refrigeration systems
- Drill holes, install mounting brackets and cut, bend and join piping
- Test refrigeration and air handling units and make adjustments to ensure they work correctly
- Install parts such as compressors, motors, condensers, evaporators, air filters, switches and gauges
- test systems for leaks and then fill them with refrigerant according to relevant standards and regulation
