Description:

Job Introduction
Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services. The role will support the identification, development and delivery of regeneration, infrastructure and investment opportunities across Bromsgrove DC and Redditch BC areas and delivery of the Levelling Up Fund and Towns Deal Projects.

Day to day, you will:

  • To assist in the procurement and management of multi-disciplinary consultant teams in the delivery of project related activity that bring forward the development of key regeneration priorities.
  • To provide project and Programme Support to the Assistant Director of Regeneration and Property Services and the Regeneration Project Delivery Managers.
  • Support the delivery of regeneration projects across Redditch and Bromsgrove.
  • To assist with the monitoring and evaluation of regeneration projects as required.

    Essential to the role, you will need:

  • Experience of supporting the delivery of multi-million-pound physical regeneration/ development projects from inception to completion.

  • Experience of monitoring significant capital budgets, spend profiles/cashflows.
  • Experience of supporting multi-disciplinary project teams, including property, architecture, planning, conservation, quantity surveying, regeneration and highways
