Description:

PHL Synaptik is thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Regional Account Manager, you will be accountable for securing, renewing, maintaining, and expanding existing contracts. This role is crucial for business growth, focusing on business development, account management, and working on proposals and tenders. You will proactively support the PHL Synaptik team, embracing and promoting new business initiatives. This is a fully remote role with travel to the Isle of Man, Scotland, and the surrounding North of England.

REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
  • Manage existing accounts and client relationships effectively.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with NHS clients.
  • Build professional relationships with consultants across various specialties.
  • Establish collaborative and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide monthly business reports to senior management.
  • Lead the creation of pricing proposals and prepare tender submissions within defined timescales.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure local teams are in place to meet business needs.
  • Manage and collate data to create reports on activity, quality, and performance.
  • Oversee multiple projects/contracts at various stages of the process.

REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER KEY SKILLS:

  • Results-driven with a proven background in managing client accounts and coordinating tasks to achieve results.
  • Background in the healthcare sector, whether in the NHS or private hospitals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers leading to mutually successful outcomes.
  • Experience in preparing proposals and/or tenders.
  • Proficient in collating information, extracting data, and producing reports.
  • Self-motivated, positive with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to working as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail, innovative, and confident in asking questions.
