JOB DESCRIPTION
The Lead Regional Account Sales Coordinator is responsible for effectively leading process execution and training for a team of Regional Account Sales Coordinators (RASC) and assigned Sales Territory Managers. The Lead RASC will engage directly with customers, Sales leaders, and inter-department business partners to resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll:
- Proactively engages internal and external business partners to address complex business problems escalated by customers or the RASC team. Demonstrate impeccable customer-facing communication.
- Leads training efforts for RASCs and assists Sales Effectiveness Field Training Specialists with Sales Territory Manager onboarding. Maintains documentation libraries and delivers content and follow-up training to support adoption.
- Leads assigned projects to enhance Sales Support effectiveness, including process enhancement and sharing best practices. Utilizes reporting and metrics to measure the team’s results.
- Supports workload balancing for Regional Accounts Sales Coordinators during peak volumes or for special projects.
- Responsible for contributing to Sales Support strategic initiatives aligned to Ritchie Bros. strategic pillars
