Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for an experienced Regional Aftersales Manager (f/m/d) to support our Aftersales Operations in the DACH region.

SUMMARY:

The Regional Manager Aftersales is responsible to manage all Aftersales related projects and activities within his region of responsibility together with a lean team, which requires therefore a strong hands-on attitude.
This role reports into the Head of Region, closely co-operates with the regional Sales, Marketing and Network teams, but also with the relevant European HQ colleagues in Amsterdam on a permanent base.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee technical and service campaigns and liaise with local authorities.
  • Ensure implementation of aftersales policies and standards in the network
  • Manage as required the local national certification requirements (CoC)
  • Manage and improve KPIs for authorized repairers/service centers.
  • Facilitate communication within the aftersales network and collaborate with HQ on performance reporting.
  • Travel across the DACH Region as needed to support business and ensure close relationship within the network of authorized repairers.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a similar role in automotive within multiple importer OEM
  • Experience in new technologies and EV products
  • A pragmatic and hands-on working style is essential
  • Special attention/interest in the quality and details of the service
  • Innovative spirit, oriented luxury products and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English is a must
  • Experience with various DMS software
  • Must hold a valid driver license.
