REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES EXECUTIVE

The Regional Business Development and Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding market presence within the assigned region. This role involves developing strategic business plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and leading sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the flavor industry, strong sales acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development and sales within the flavor or food ingredients industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the flavor industry.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
