As an interface to Product Management, Operations and IT, the area Business Process Management is responsible for the global processes of Hellmann. This includes the design, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes in terms of standardization, sustainability, automation and digitalization.
We are looking for a Regional BPM (m/f/d) with focus on process design and implementation, training and developing strategies to achieve productivity gains. You will gain valuable working experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment across the European continent.

» KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid understanding of the global seafreight forwarding industry with on hand operational experience
  • Experience with the implementation of a TMS is a plus
  • Ability to professionally explain and train business processes, system use and organizational changes
  • Ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Flexibility towards traveling and stays abroad
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical and investigative thinking, strong self-confidence and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with all levels of employees
  • Empathy skills: ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience
  • Additional knowledge in other European languages is a plus
