For our Client, an international manufacturing group backed by a private equity fund, we are looking for candidates for the position of Regional Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for CEE Region.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • managing financial planning, periodic financial result reviews, analysis, and monitoring of budget variances, responsibility for financial liquidity,
  • developing multi-year financial plans, strategic analyses, and recommendations, setting directions and goals in line with organizational objectives,
  • participating in key development decisions, contributing to the creation of financial and business strategies across the entire capital group,
  • ongoing analysis of profitability, risks, and business opportunities in subordinate business units,
  • influencing the implementation of process optimizations and introducing new procedures,
  • analyzing potential business opportunities, including involvement in M&A processes in Europe,
  • developing action plans for organizational synergies and monitoring them,
  • overseeing the financial results consolidation process,
  • direct reporting to the global management board,
  • managing a multicultural team in the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

  • extensive experience in corporate finance gained in an international environment,
  • ability to manage and lead projects related to organizational change management,
  • Experience in investment processes such as M&A, greenfield, brownfield, or joint ventures,
  • very good knowledge of IFRS,
  • experience in managing a dispersed team of at least 20 FTEs,
  • good people orientation, caring for their development, mentoring, and involvement,
  • additional assets include completed EMBA studies, ACCA, CIMA, CFA certification,
  • proficiency in English at C1/C2 level,
  • experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment,
  • open-minded, developed analytical skills, and a strategic approach,
  • willingness to undertake international business trips.
