Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/x)
Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, design and analysis of compensation policies and processes, including but not limited to salary reviews, bonus calculation, incentive plans and benefits
  • Keeping Compensation & Benefits policies, protocols, and procedures up to date to ensure that they are in line with country laws and Group policies
  • Making recommendations to identify opportunities for improvement in relation to the company’s performance, efficiency or financial status
  • Keeping track of internal and external benchmarks to remain competitive
  • Support the implementation of the international mobility program
