Responsibilities:
- To assist (or take ownership where appropriate) in a variety of regional activities supporting the rapid growth of our Asia footprint
- Primary focus on new and existing Mergers & Acquisitions;
- Due diligence, reporting to senior management, financial models as well as ongoing support.
- Post merger integration activities.
- Secondary focuses will be on assisting with regional and local operational business matters / plans;
- Managing the insurance needs of the region which will include working with the countries to gather information required by insurers
- Support operations projects as required including business continuity testing, operational efficiency and projects looking at data and how we can improve quality and usage
- Collaborating with Regional IT, Operations, HR, Marketing to deliver on exciting joint projects and initiatives as required
- Support the various Asia country managers on agreed strategic and new initiativesYou will be exposed to a diverse range of experiences which will provide you with a platform for continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a phenomenal sense of achievement.
