The Regional Data Analyst Europe role is instrumental in operationalising our European data strategy with the focus on improving data quality and other data capabilities across the region and supporting local data initiative delivery both for large and smaller OpCos.
We are looking for an experienced data and business analyst professional who has good data standard awareness and experience of working on data driven projects.
This role involves interpreting and analysing OpCo data vs. global data standards, preparing regular reports, updates and recommendations, documenting processes, coordinating the regional data improvement initiatives and generally supporting the deployment of global data strategy.
This role demands a blend of data management knowledge, business and data analysis skills, project coordination skills, and the ability to facilitate effective communication between diverse groups within the organization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver committed to deliver the HEINEKEN’s data at our fingertips vision.
Responsibilities:
- Drive towards Data Quality and Harmonisation targets by supporting OpCos to clean and harmonise data and to catalog gaps
- Delivery of key Data Management priorities
- Keeping close eye on key achievements in data management in the region and active support to define blueprints for best practices
- Contribution to Global projects if relevant as regional expert
- Communication with local and global Data teams.
