Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join us as a Regional Director, ideally with veterinary surgeon experience, to cover part of our growing practice network in Australia. Regional Directors are vital to the success of our business, and you will take accountability for providing the right support, coaching and leadership to enable our people and practices to achieve their full potential. The position will be home-based in Australia, with frequent travel to practices across each state and occasional further travel to relevant CVS meetings, conferences and events.

IN THE ROLE, ONE OF YOUR KEY AIMS WILL BE TO INSPIRE AND EMPOWER YOUR PRACTICE LEADERS TO:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to practices to ensure delivery against people, clinical and commercial aims
  • Maximise the financial and operational performance of practices
  • To ensure the delivery of excellent clinical quality and care standards in practices
  • Lead the successful implementation of key central and local business and operational initiatives
