Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an exceptional Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee a dynamic HR team focused on delivering key HR and Payroll functions including recruitment and onboarding, employee lifecycle, remuneration & benefits, organisational planning, restructuring, policies, performance management and regulatory compliance.

REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE REGIONAL MANAGING DIRECTOR, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Recommending, developing, and implementing best practice HR policies and procedures.
  • Advising leadership in relation to change management and employee relations issues.
  • Managing a process of and collaborating on organisational development, addressing issues such as succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organisation design, and change management.
  • Overseeing of the recruitment and selection process.
  • Overseeing the payroll function.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment legislation and regulations.
  • Deploying and maintaining HR systems and databases.
  • Maintaining health, safety and wellness policies and programmes.
