SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in managing teams of 4+ skilled professionals, demonstrating a track record of success in performance management, hiring decisions, and managing expectations.
- At least 5 years of experience managing residential strata properties of all types including new developments, high-rises, high-density and mixed-use strata properties.
- High degree of knowledge of the Strata Property Act, Real Estate Services Act, and working knowledge of the Builder’s Lien Act, CCDC2, Personal Information Protection Act, combined with the applied knowledge to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
- Highly efficient, organized, and skilled at time management.
- Possess the ability to work in a high-volume, face-paced environment, and work well under pressure and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise an assigned team of Senior Strata Managers and Strata Managers through coaching, training, support and guidance with a high-level focus on client and employee retention.
- Provide strata management services to a curated portfolio of clients.
- Work collaboratively with the Vice President to develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures that improve the Company’s service delivery and competitive position.
