5 years of experience in Operations at a Management or senior Professional level
Formal training in Auditing and Lean Six Sigma preferred
Post Secondary education in Business or related field of study
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Analytical
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
Ability to work independently
Bilingual would be an asset.

Provide technical support for the analysis and restructuring of routes and territories
Assist in installation of equipment, the establishment and auditing standards, optimization of processes, continuous improvement of our sorting operations
Identify and support opportunities for short and medium-term implementations that have a positive impact on productivity, service, revenue generation, as well as the cost per piece
Provide support and analysis required by medium and long-term opportunities requiring considerable capital investments
Implement methods and procedures in order to improve operational functions (On Road and sort; Assist Operations to achieve and surpass their goals by reviewing methods and procedures with local managers
Data analysis
Coordinate and lead internal/external audits which includes components of HS, ISO, Risk
