Nozomi Networks seeks a Regional Marketing Manager responsible for developing and implementing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy with an emphasis on field and channel marketing, campaigns orchestration, ABM, digital, and demand generation. In this role, you’ll work closely with the marketing, regional sales and partner teams to build regional marketing plans, promote brand awareness locally, and help execute ABM / demand generation programs to fuel high growth revenue in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Own and build the overall Go-to-Market plan for your assigned territory with input and expertise from key internal stakeholders
- Partner with marketing, sales, and partner team to deliver and accelerate pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goal
- Implement demand generation campaigns in the region in conjunction with sales and partners to reach buyers and drive demand
- Serve as liaison to Sales team, be their advocate and conduit to the larger organization.
- Maintain relationships with regional partners, conference organizers, and influential associations
- Leverage social media to raise awareness and further promote our presence at various events
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the local region
- An affinity for measurable outcomes and experience in a highly data-driven marketing organization is a must
- Manage regional budget, accurately estimate costs, and manage execution.
- Help track & report results and act as an escalation point/consultant for the Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
- Work in partnership with the Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaign results for field programs.
