QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a Professional certification in e.g. CPA/CA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field with at least 2 years solid experience in leading a team.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial systems and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
