We have a full time 12 month fixed term maternity leave opportunity to join our Market Access Team as a Regional Healthcare Manager in Victoria.
The Regional Healthcare Manager supports the Ipsen portfolio through Integrated Account Management to introduce and elevate company and brand value propositions with key stakeholders

What you’ll do

  • secure improved and innovative access to the overall Ipsen Portfolio in line with company and brand values and strategy
  • provide direction and insights to support the development and implementation of brand strategies as a member of the brand team
  • Understand and advance Ipsen brand value propositions to decision makers within key healthcare accounts based on aligned company and brand team ambition and strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise patient access to the Ipsen portfolio using strategic partnerships in line with Ipsen core values
  • .Actively contribute to the development and implementation of robust commercial plans to achieve Ipsen objectives
  • Actively support the development and delivery of Ipsen commercial programs or partnerships for approved new products and licensed indications

You will bring to the role

  • At least 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales success in the Australian hospital environment, oncology experience highly desirable
  • Account management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong selling skills background
