The Role:
Proofpoint is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner .
Your day-to-day:
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees at the designated location/site.
Handle tier 2 and tier 3 HR inquiries and escalations, including employee relations issues, performance management, and policy interpretation.
Provide guidance and resolution on complex HR matters, collaborating with HR specialists and leadership as needed.
Conduct investigations into employee concerns, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement compensation, benefits, and employee relations programs that support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Work closely with HR leadership to implement local HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with corporate standards and practices.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, employee engagement surveys, and compliance efforts, contributing to the overall success of the People Services team.
What you bring to the team:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and HR operations.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
