CWS Hygiene is market leader in the field of (sanitary) hygiene and looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Lead for the CEE region. Join our team and play a crucial role in strengthening our market position and growing our teams in Central Eastern Europe.
Your mission:
As a Regional HR Manager at CWS Hygiene, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and growing our teams in 7 countries in CEE. You lead a team of HR Business Partners across the region and are responsible for driving the HR strategy without losing sight of local needs and requirements. Every day, you act as hands-on and strategic HR lead for our (middle and higher) management. In this role, you report to our Chief People Officer and become part of the European HR leadership team as well as the CEE management team.

What else will you be doing as Regional HR Manager?

  • You use your knowledge and experience to provide our managers with support regarding the personnel management, employment conditions, employee development, absenteeism, talent management, etc.;
  • Help find appropriate solutions for the daily challenges we encounter at work, with organizational and individual objectives in mind;
  • Measure operational and strategic HR KPIs, among other things, to improve employee satisfaction and decrease attrition and absenteeism;
  • You enjoy taking on HR-related projects on a regional and European scale and thus contribute to the growth of our organization, including talent reviews, salary increases and target achievement;
  • You implement the HR strategy within the division and ensure that the business and HR targets and priorities are aligned;
  • You meet monthly with HR-colleagues from different teams and entities to discuss the status of HR projects, process changes, recruitment, and so on.

Who are you?

  • You are in the possession of bachelor or master degree in HR, business administration or related field, and have thorough knowledge of labour legislation;
  • You have several years of relevant work experience in which you have been responsible as HR lead for multiple countries;
  • We can describe you as someone who is eager to contribute to a successful HR department, you are confident, like to challenge stakeholders and have excellent intercultural communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel to different countries (up to 50% or more);
  • You are fluent in Polish and English, a 3rd language skill would be an advantage;
  • Experience with a complex matrix organisation would be desirable.
