Responsibilities:
OTHER HR TASKS/PROJECTS:
- Work closely with PPC Director on developing, implementing and evaluating various PPC programs, HR functions and activities (D&I, G3P)
- Work on Singapore Hub engagement related activities and projects
- Coach/ Advise Site leads across APAC on consistent employee relations management
- Ensures right capability & proficiencies of ER team
- Partner and provide support to People Partners of global functions having their teams in Singapore on ER agenda and employee cases
