A fast-growing fund services firm is seeking a vibrant and dynamic Regional HR Associate Director to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, actively involved in day-to-day operations, and have extensive experience in full-spectrum HR operations including talent acquisition and management in regions such as SEA, Australia, and Japan.
Responsibilities :
- Hands-on, actively involved in day-to-day operations, and have extensive experience in full-spectrum HR operations including talent acquisition and management in regions such as SEA, US
- Engage key stakeholders and business leaders to understand business requirements and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Interpret and guide HR policies in collaboration with line management.
- Advise line managers and employees on HR-related issues i.e. performance management, employee disciplinary, post-retirement, industrial relations, cessation, compensation and benefit matters.
- Analyse and carry out manpower planning for all business units.
- Oversee full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training & development.
- Implement talent management systems encompassing recruitment and selection, performance management, succession planning, structured career pathways and competency framework.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and redundancies.
- Assist with year-end management, such as promotions, bonuses, and salary increases.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process for Asia and manage compensation and benefits.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Demonstrated leadership in team management.
- In-depth knowledge of APAC, Australia, and Japan Employment Laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and navigate complexity in a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment.
- Strong leadership qualities, with a keen commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
