We are seeking a motivated individual to support our Regional Key Account Management team. This position offers the chance to work closely with the sales team, drive project initiatives and make a significant impact on our key accounts’ success.

Your tasks will be to:

  • Manage the operational and administrative aspects of key accounts
  • Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to develop and enhance strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Coordinate sales activities with customers and internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, logistics and business operations
  • Ensure operational customer requirements are met and handle customer-specific data management
  • Prepare sales and margin analyses, as well as conduct market, customer, and channel analysis for strategic customer development
  • Support the Regional Key Account Manager in creating sales activities and customer-specific order documents
  • Conduct marketing and assortment measures, and participate in customer appointments, presentations and meetings
  • Maintain customer data, implement price storage, monitor customer conditions, and coordinate customer-specific advertising plans
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s desirable) or proven experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English, French is desirable any other language is an asset
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Strategic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Several years of professional experience is desirable
  • Good market and sales knowledge is a plus
