NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO | SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelors qualification or equivalent experience in General Management and/or Human Resource Management
• 5+ years’ experience in developing learning development programmes and delivering on projects/initiatives that relate to Human Resource Management and developing professional learning development plans
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver on programmes and outcomes
• Experience in utilising technology and systems that focus on learning development and tracking/supporting staff to achieve these
• Support and organisation and managers with advice on workplace practices that support a psychologically safe culture and understanding.
• Understanding of supporting and ensuring professional staff maintain their competencies and practice via their professional bodies.
