Job Overview
The role and purpose of a Regional Learning and Development Coordinator is to provide coordinated and customer centred support for all Priory Sites in their assigned geographical region/s, helping the region to achieve compliance through planning of core and specialist training and assisting with general development queries.
This role is offered on a fixed term contract, duration 12 months.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Learning Scheduling and Delivery
Maintaining accurate learning records
Building strong relationships within your region and across the business
Providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email and face to face visits to sites
Support the development of resources
Support with strategic L&D projects
Reporting and Analysing data from our LMS system

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM THE ROLE HOLDER:

We’re looking for a team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
Planning, prioritisation and organisation skills are important in this busy role
Strong IT skills – experience using a learning management system desirable but not essential. Microsoft Office skills must be strong.
Proactive and able to use initiative to help problem solve
Must be able to travel as visits to sites and regular office meetings (Leicester location) as required
