As a Regional Logistics Senior Executive/ AM, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and effective management of logistics operations within our organization. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of inventory management, shipment processing, and compliance.

  • 5 years’ experience in the field of Logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Sun System/ SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional logistics strategies aligned with the overall organizational goals, focusing on cost optimization, efficiency enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Team, and Distributors to optimize order fulfillment process.
  • Collaborate with warehouses & Factories to ensure compliance and on-time delivery to distributors, facilitate booking of vessel, monitoring, and tracking of shipments.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to meet internal and external requirements and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Generating reports, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, inventory levels, and other logistics-related data. Use data management tools to track and organize information.
  • Facilitate clear communication between different teams, such as Business, Finance, and warehouse personnel, to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and handling expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Update the SOP periodically whenever necessary.
  • Plan effective incident or crisis management initiatives.
  • Supervising and guiding logistics team members, delegating tasks, and providing training and support.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management, applying relevant insights to enhance operations.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
