REGIONAL MANAGER, AFTERMARKET SERVICES - MIDDLE EAST

Nikkiso Cryogenic Services (NCS) is the essential service arm of Nikkiso’s Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group. We have long been recognized as the leading service provider for cryogenic equipment and in addition to Nikkiso products, offer a wide variety of services for pumps and turbo expanders manufactured by other companies. All our services are designed to improve the safety of our products and to support industries in successfully enhancing quality of life. Through our 18 global service facilities we service the industrial gas and air separation industries, enhanced oil recovery operations, marine, and clean energy and alternative fuels projects.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Regional Manager, Aftermarket Services for the Middle East is responsible for P&L and all aftermarket activities within their region. The position reports strategically to the NCS Functional Unit and administratively to the Regional VP/GM. It has accountability for developing and executing an annual business plan for the region with the expectation of continuous growth in market share and profitability They will lead dedicated Aftermarket Services (AMS) commercial and operations teams to achieve goals and objectives. The position will be in either the U.A.E. or Qatar.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Both sales and operations experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales development and key account management.
  • Experience developing a business plan and leading a team to achieve goals.
  • Experience driving improvements in cost, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership to their regional AMS-dedicated Commercial and Operations teams: Sales (inside and outside) and Proposals as well as Workshop Operations, Field Service, and Technical Support.
  • Manage P&L within the region.
  • Establish and manager budgets and forecasts.
  • In conjunction with the NCS Functional Unit, establish business and operational plans to achieve established financial targets for the region.
  • Is responsible for the development of service as a business driver in the region.
  • Set and reach growth and market share goals.
  • Focus on price management as a key factor to maximize profit levels while minimizing marketing costs.
  • Establish market pricing and positioning for spare parts in the region.
  • Promote and sell the full range of NCS services and products in the region, giving each product the best chance for success in the region.
  • Support and promote CE&IG core values: Interaction, Dependability, Innovation, and Safety
  • Promote and employ Customer Focus throughout the organization to nurture and strengthen customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Plan visits to all major customers to build long term mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Proactively identify and follow up on customer problems, internally and externally, to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the product’s reliability and service support.
  • Handle all activity with customers, including commissioning (non-ETO).
  • Is the voice of quality in the market, including warranties, field trouble reports, and communication.
  • Support QMS requirements in areas of responsibility for conformance with international requirements (or) state and federal regulations.
  • Provide structured feedback regarding product performance to the company Product Companies.
  • Relay market intelligence information related to technology, economy, regulations, competition, etc., to NCS management.
  • Ensure the full and detailed utilization of Salesforce (CRM) by team.
  • Equip commercial and operations employees with necessary tools and training to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish Sales Incentive Plan goals, and providing direction, guidance, support, ongoing feedback, and growth.
  • Ensure Business Review Meetings are held regularly with full transparency regarding current and planned future states of both commercial and operations teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.
