Class Valuation, a leading tech-enabled and industry leading appraisal management company (AMC) since 2009, is seeking a Regional Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- College degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Completion of 15-Hour USPAP course within the first 60 days of employment unless previously passed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with good judgment, and the ability to escalate unresolved issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail with minimal errors.
- Consistent ability to embrace rapid changes to SLAs, internal policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF JOB:
Class Valuation - Valuation Connect is seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Manager (RM) to join our team. The RM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with a panel of appraisers to service their region. The RM will oversee and manage a pipeline of orders within their assigned region, ensuring that vendor selection, panel relations, new vendor recruiting, client communication, and maintenance of product margin standards are effectively handled. This role is crucial in maintaining our established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring high performance standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Tasks:
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for a designated region regarding vendor panel, SLA, margins, and overall processing of valuation product pipeline.
- Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing valuation orders and products.
- Review and respond to system messages from partners and clients within established SLA’s.
- Stay knowledgeable of all applicable federal and state laws, including state AMC regulation, Appraisal Independence Requirements, and USPAP.
- Maintain familiarity with AMC state licensing regulations within the region.
- Manage client communication, including timely responses and issue resolution.
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
- Work daily with clients and the vendor panel to ensure the delivery of quality valuation products within Valuation Connect SLAs.
- Communicate effectively with managers and teammates regarding issues, conflicts, and concerns as they arise.
- Diagnose and address problems identified through telephone and electronic communications with service providers, escalating as needed.
- Utilize internet-based order management software for all job functions, including recruiting new vendors, vendor selection, status follow-up, and confirming timely delivery of valuation products.
- Understand and follow documented client-specific appraisal requirements.
- Complete UAT (user acceptance testing) for specific workflow enhancements/changes as needed.
- Manage vendor coverage gaps and collaborate with internal operational departments to ensure the vendor network supports operational and client needs.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when working with clients, vendors, or internal staff.
- Recruit real estate valuation vendors using traditional and crisis recruiting methods to meet business demands.
- Provide creative strategies to effectively manage the panel of appraisers and manage the pipeline of valuation products.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, while being receptive to feedback and training.
- Perform additional duties as defined and required.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary due to workflow/volume fluctuations.
- Regular attendance is a requirement.
