As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Auckland branch to new heights.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Regional Manager, you will be entrusted with the pivotal task of optimizing governance and operational efficiency within our Auckland region. Your primary mission is to stabilize turnover and increase gross profit. By implementing streamlined processes, fostering a culture of innovation, and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, you will pave the way for sustainable growth and unparalleled success in our Auckland operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior management role, preferably within the technology or related industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards common goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the targeted GP growth, with a focus on project quoting, stock control, procurement, and resource management.
  • Working closely with the GM and Directors, to ensure the sales strategy and the annual operating plan is fully understood and executed successfully by the team.
  • Provide increased support for the projects team to ensure efficient project delivery and maximize profitability.
  • Determine the scope of staffing required to support current projects and service in both the Auckland and Northland
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Risk and compliance management including regulatory affairs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practice
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on key performance metrics, financial results, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning within the region.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact the achievement of business objectives.
