Responsibilities:

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Regional Manager Housing ACT/NSW. We are seeking candidates either from Sydney or Canberra. We are not only seeking someone who naturally aligns with our culture but is also connected to contributing to improved outcomes for our tenants.

  • Opportunity to monitor, strengthen and build Housing functions across NSW and ACT
  • Permanent Full-time position - (38hrs/week)
  • Competitive salary under the Social, Community, Home Care, and Disability Services Industry Award and additional benefits, including salary packaging

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Housing Workers delivering tenancy and property management services
  • Ensure Community Housing KPI’s are achieved, and funding body requirements are met
  • Identify potential improvements to current service delivery and make recommendations to manager for further approvals
  • Coordinate compliance, essential service and annual asset management program for your region supported by National Property Infrastructure team
  • Responsible for oversight and management of tenancy and property management database including data integrity, trades compliance to improve service delivery
